Steel is a loathsome high school drug lord. He lives on his own and flaunts his independence and lack of respect for authority every chance he gets. Steel believes your world is what you do with it, and he controls his by demanding 100% faultless loyalty from those around him.
Lisa is Steel's girlfriend. She's grieving the loss of her older brother, Jason, and wants to encourage Steel to see the bigger picture and take his future seriously - whether or not she's a part of it. Her heart's mostly in the right place. Mostly.
Linsey is Steel's ex-girlfriend. She's always in a bad mood. She rolls her eyes more than she speaks, and when she does talk she's either giving orders or cursing at someone. She can be sweet, sometimes...like when there's something in it for her.
TJ is Steel's right hand man, his "brother." He's loyal to his friend but doesn't like to get mixed up in Steel's confrontations. His choices are questionable, but then again he's between a rock and a hard place - being in love with his best friend's ex.
Stan is Lisa's childhood friend. He was a Boy Scout with her brother, and tries to look out for Lisa - among other things. He sees Steel for exactly what he is: a criminal.
Tanya's bff with Linsey, though not nearly as worked up. She's sometimes known to call her friend out on her mean-girl shit.
Sammy's a freshman who's in with the crew because she used to hook-up with Rob. She hooks up with TJ, and she really wants him to like her. But he's only in it for the blow jobs.
